  • We process orders within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Please review and ensure your address information is correct. SatComShop is not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors or an incorrect delivery address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address we will refund the original order excluding the original shipping fee.
  • SatComShop is not responsible for mail theft or lost items once delivery is confirmed by carrier.
  • Please ensure your address is a valid physical address, as FedEx 2 day does not deliver to mailboxes or Post Offices.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an email or text confirmation. Another email will be sent including the tracking information. If you did not receive either email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
