How Our Mail-In Service Works

1. Contact Us

Send us the exact manufacturer, model number, carrier variant, current Android version, and the service you're interested in.

2. Compatibility & Quote

We'll review feasibility, confirm the requested work, and provide pricing and shipping instructions before you send your device.

3. Ship Your Device

Package your device securely and share the tracking number. Back up your data and remove account locks as instructed.

4. Service & Return

We'll complete the agreed work, perform applicable checks, and return the device using FedEx 2-Day shipping.

Device Compatibility

Compatibility varies by exact model, regional or carrier variant, bootloader status, and the requested operating system or service. The information below is a starting point, not a guarantee of support.

Google Pixel

Many factory-unlocked models are eligible for supported services. Verizon variants generally cannot be bootloader-unlocked. GrapheneOS support is limited to its officially supported models.

OnePlus

Many models can support rooting or custom firmware, but carrier restrictions, model variants, and software versions affect eligibility. Contact us with your exact model number.

Motorola

Support is model-dependent. We can review bootloader eligibility and available software for your specific device.

Other Manufacturers

Xiaomi, Samsung, LG, and other devices are evaluated individually. Some manufacturers or variants are not serviceable, especially when bootloader unlocking is unavailable.

Before contacting us: Find your exact model number under Settings → About phone. For services requiring an unlocked bootloader, OEM unlocking eligibility may also need to be checked. Seeing an OEM unlocking switch does not, by itself, guarantee compatibility.

Important Information Before Sending Your Device

Back up your data: Bootloader unlocking and OS installation typically erase the device. We cannot guarantee preservation of data.
Account and activation locks: Devices must be legitimately owned and eligible for service. We do not bypass account, activation, or ownership locks.
App compatibility: Rooting and alternative operating systems may affect banking apps, streaming services, contactless payments, integrity checks, and other security-sensitive apps.
Software updates: Updates may change compatibility, remove root, or require additional configuration. We recommend discussing update behavior before service.
Network compatibility: Carrier and cellular functionality depend on the device, software, and network. Compatibility is not guaranteed for every carrier.
Service availability: Work is subject to inspection, technical feasibility, and parts or software availability.
