  1. Reach Out – Contact us with your phone model, issue, or requested modifications. We’ll confirm compatibility and pricing.
  2. Ship Your Device – Once confirmed, ship your phone to our secure mail-in address using your preferred shipping method. Be sure to send us the tracking information so we can monitor its arrival and prep your repair.
  3. We Repair & Customize – Our dedicated team will complete the repairs and/or install your requested customizations.
  4. Fast Return Shipping – Once finished, we’ll send your phone back via FedEx 2-Day service.
