SatComShop Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of confirmed delivery, as long as the conditions below are met.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • The device must not have any added accounts (Google, Apple, etc.)
  • The item must show no additional wear, damage, or alterations

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Devices with added accounts, locks, or security features enabled
  • Devices that show physical or liquid damage after delivery

Custom / Modified Devices

Many devices sold by SatComShop are rooted, unlocked, or custom configured.

These devices may:

  • Not support certain apps (banking, Google Pay, games, streaming services, etc.)
  • Have limited compatibility depending on carrier or software restrictions

Customers are responsible for confirming app and carrier compatibility prior to purchase.
We are happy to answer compatibility questions prior to purchase.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

Compatibility or software-related limitations are not considered defects.
These conditions do not qualify for exceptions to this policy outside of the standard return window.


Return Process

To start a return, contact us at info@satcomshop.com within the return window.

If your return is approved:

  • A return label will be provided
  • The item must be shipped back within the provided timeframe

Refunds are issued only after the item is returned and inspected.

We do not issue refunds for items that have not been returned.


Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

SatComShop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


Payments, Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

Orders may be subject to fraud screening.

SatComShop reserves the right to:

  • Request additional verification before processing or shipping an order
  • Cancel or refund orders that are flagged as high-risk or cannot be verified

In some cases, customers may be contacted to confirm order details prior to shipment.


Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your order was placed without your authorization, please contact us immediately at info@satcomshop.com.

We are happy to work with customers directly to resolve any concerns.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution.


Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with SatComShop, you agree to all store policies, including this refund and return policy.
