Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing an order. SatComShop is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.


Delivery & Address Requirements

  • FedEx 2-Day is used for shipments to valid physical street addresses
  • FedEx 2-Day does not deliver to PO Boxes or mailboxes
  • If a physical address is not provided, or delivery to a mailbox is preferred, FedEx Home Delivery will be used instead

Shipping timelines are estimated by the carrier and may vary.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

SatComShop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.


Tracking & Order Confirmation

  • A confirmation email is sent for all successfully placed orders
  • Once shipped, a separate email with tracking information will be sent
