What this service is

This service is for customers who want their compatible device flashed with /e/OS (Murena). Devices are professionally flashed by SatComShop in coordination with Murena.


Before sending your device

Important: All devices will be factory reset, and all data will be permanently erased. Please back up any data before shipping. SatComShop is not responsible for lost data.

Device eligibility requirements

Your device must meet all of the following conditions:

  • No cracked screen or LCD damage
  • Touchscreen fully functional
  • Device is not bent or warped
  • No water or liquid damage
  • Power and volume buttons work
  • Device powers on
  • Battery holds a charge
  • Charging port functions properly

⚠️ This service updates software only. Hardware issues cannot be repaired.


What to send

✅ Phone only

❌ Do NOT include chargers, cables, SIM cards, memory cards, or original box

✅ Please pack the device securely to prevent shipping damage.


Shipping to SatComShop

  • Customer is responsible for shipping the device to SatComShop
  • Shipping instructions will be provided by Murena
  • SatComShop is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage during transit.

Turnaround & Return Shipping

Turnaround time: 1–2 business days after SatComShop receives the device.

Return shipping: Devices are shipped via FedEx 2-Day to physical street addresses.

PO Boxes or non-physical addresses: If a physical street address is not provided, the device will be shipped via FedEx Home Delivery, which typically takes 2–7 business days.

Insurance & Claims

All return shipments include insurance coverage up to $1,000

If a return package is lost or damaged in transit:

  • SatComShop will refund the $72 service fee
  • SatComShop will file the insurance claim on the customer’s behalf
  • The customer must provide proof of device purchase/value in a timely manner
  • Insurance reimbursement amounts are determined solely by XCover and are not guaranteed
  • SatComShop is not responsible for carrier delays, partial reimbursements, denied claims, or stolen packages.

Device value reimbursement, if approved, is issued only after XCover pays the claim


Important Service Terms

Service fee: $72 USD (non-refundable)

The flash service includes device intake, inspection, testing, and attempted flashing.

If the device cannot be flashed due to any of the following:

  • Hardware issues
  • Unsupported or incompatible model
  • Failure to meet eligibility requirements

The $72 service fee still applies and the device will be returned to the customer


This service is performed in coordination with Murena. Final OS support and eligibility are determined by Murena.
