What this service is

This service is for customers returning a device for refund eligibility evaluation prior to Murena issuing a refund. SatComShop inspects and verifies the device according to Murena’s requirements.

Refund eligibility requirements

To qualify, the device must be in mint condition:

• No cracks, scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
• Screen and LCD in perfect condition
• Touch fully responsive
• Device not bent or warped
• No water or liquid damage
• Power and volume buttons fully functional
• Charging port fully functional
• Device powers on and battery holds charge

Original packaging REQUIRED

You must include:

✅ Original phone box

✅ All original accessories (charger, cable, manuals, etc.)

❌ Missing items = refund ineligible

Important Data & Device Handling Notice

All devices will be factory reset, and all personal data will be permanently erased.

SatComShop is not responsible for any lost data.

• Remove SIM cards and memory cards before shipping.
• Pack devices securely to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for sending their device to SatComShop.
• Detailed shipping instructions will be provided by Murena.
• SatComShop is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage during transit.

Evaluation Process

• Devices are inspected within 1–2 business days of receipt.
• Eligibility is determined based on Murena’s requirements.

Important service terms

Refund evaluation fee: $72 USD

If the device fails eligibility checks:

The $72 fee still applies and the device will be returned to customer.

No refund will be issued by Murena.

This service verifies eligibility only. Final refund approval and payment are handled by Murena.
