Software Compatibility: This device runs /e/OS rather than conventional Google Android. Some applications that rely on Google Play Services, Play Integrity certification, or other Google-dependent functionality may have limited compatibility, including certain banking, payment, and streaming applications.

Bootloader & Software Warning: This device is supplied with its bootloader locked. We recommend using only official /e/OS updates through the built-in system updater. Do not attempt to unlock the bootloader, manually flash firmware, or install another operating system unless you fully understand the process. Improper modifications can render the device unusable (brick it).

Carrier Compatibility: Recommended for T-Mobile and T-Mobile-based carriers, including Metro, Mint Mobile, and Tello. AT&T is not recommended, and Verizon is not supported. This is a 4G LTE device and does not support 5G. Please verify compatibility with your carrier before purchasing.
